The great advantage of Big Orange Sheep's layout is the many set up options. For instance, the piano is usually found in Iso 1, but also sounds great in the Live Room and Iso 2. Iso 1 has plenty of room for a string quartet or a similar small group. Drums can be set up in the Live Room, Iso 1 and Iso 2. In fact, a small kit could even fit in Iso 3 if there was a need for it. Iso 3 is great for upright bass as well as horn players and singers. Iso 4, the smallest of the four isolation rooms, is a vocal booth that is equally well suited as an amp closet. The live room is large enough to record most groups in the same space without headphones allowing musicians to interact without a window between them. However, it's nice to record live and have the option to punch and edit so great care was taken to insure direct lines of site from room to room so that even though there is a wall between the players, the interaction is still pure.
